Ever read the book French Children Eat Everything? Join me in my kitchen for a candid chat about how real French maman's get a delicious and nutritious dinner on the table every night.
Together, we will go over some basic culinary skills and will practice several recipes based off of my research and experiences in France.
Participants will leave this class with the skills & tools to create at least 2 weeks' worth of simple, nutritious, gluten-free meals.
